Returns

Cloth Dolly Crafts take care to produce a perfect product, we hope you will be delighted with your purchase, we understand if you want to return your item. If you wish to return your item, it must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in the condition it was sold. This will be at the buyer's own expense.

Faulty Goods

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact Cloth Dolly Crafts within 48hrs and a full refund or replacement will be arranged.
