Parcels

All items will be wrapped and packed in an appropriate postal bag. 

All items are shipped via Evri/Royal Mail and posted to the delivery address provided, additional info can be added when at point of sale such as, leave with neighbour etc. 

Your item will have a tracking number which will be emailed to you when your parcel is on its way. You can track your parcel at www.evri..com. 

No Tracking is provided for Royal Mail large letter or normal first class post items unless requested as signed for. (mainly for cards and free post items).

All orders will be processed within 2-3 working days of ordering date, if in stock. commission orders will take 3-7 working days were possible.

Shipping within the UK normally takes between 1-4 working days. Please note delivery times are estimates and during busy or holiday times could take longer.

Delivery cost are calculated by weight and packaging costs.

Returns

We take care to produce a perfect product, we hope you will be delighted with your purchase, we understand if you want to return your item. If you wish to return your item, it must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in the condition it was sold. This will be at the buyer's own expense.

Faulty Goods 

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact Cloth Dolly within 48hrs and a full refund or replacement will be arranged.
